tools such as Excel and Power BI.\nEnsure dashboards reflect real-time or near real-time performance and enable trend monitoring.\nContinuously enhance reporting visuals to improve usability and stakeholder experience.\nTool Utilization & Optimization\nMaximize the use of reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Oracle, Amazon Connect) to improve efficiency and accuracy.\nDrive
