The role bridges frontline execution and managerial oversight with strong focus on control, productivity, and governance\nKey Responsibilities\nProcess Ownership & Delivery Management\nOwn day-to-day delivery across process towers:\nCash & Contributions (AVC, DC processing)\nNew Business (PRSA, DC, Scheme setup)\nClaims (retirement, death, withdrawals)\nRenewals (Group Risk and pensions)\nMember servicing and scheme administration\nMigrations and scheme transitions\nEnsure SLA adherence across volumes, turnaround times, and accuracy.\nPrioritize workload across teams and manage dependencies between processes.\nOperational Control & Governance\nMonitor and control:\nWork queues, ageing, and backlog\nProductivity and utilization\nProcess accuracy and error trends\nDrive structured RCA and corrective action plans for recurring issues (cash breaks, claims delays, onboarding errors).\nEnsure compliance with SOPs, regulatory requirements, and audit standards.\nPeople Leadership\nManage Senior Team Leads / Team Leads and their teams.\nDrive performance through:\nTarget setting and daily tracking\nCoaching and performance management\nCross-skilling across process areas\nSupport capability building in pensions domain and process knowledge.\nClient & Reporting\nPrepare and review:\nDaily / weekly performance reports\nSLA dashboards, ageing and backlog reports\nHighlight risks, issues, and dependencies to Manager proactively.\nSupport governance calls with data-backed insights.\nQuality, Compliance & Risk Management\nEnsure accuracy in:\nContributions posting and fund allocation\nClaims calculation and payouts\nScheme onboarding and documentation\nDrive quality improvements through audits, sampling, and feedback loops.\nEnsure adherence to Irish pensions compliance and trustee requirements.\nProcess Improvement & Efficiency\nIdentify improvement opportunities across:\nCash processing turnaround\nClaims cycle time\nNew Business onboarding efficiency\nDrive implementation of process improvements and support automation initiatives.\nSkill Requirements\nDomain Knowledge\nStrong working knowledge of:\nCorporate pensions (DC, PRSA, Group
