Job Summary
SAP Basis & SAP HANA - L2 Support
Key Responsibilities:
Provide L2 support for SAP Basis and SAP HANA environments.
Perform SAP system monitoring, health checks, troubleshooting, and incident resolution.
Handle user administration, transports, background jobs, spool, and system performance issues.
Monitor and administer HANA databases, including backups, alerts, disk utilization, and performance.
Support system refreshes, client copies, patching, upgrades, and kernel updates.
Troubleshoot SAP application and database connectivity issues.
Work on incidents/service requests within defined SLAs and coordinate with L3/vendor teams for complex issues.
Maintain operational documentation and follow change and incident management processes.
Required Skills: SAP Basis Administration, SAP HANA Administration, Linux/Unix basics, SAP Solution Manager/monitoring tools, Incident & Change Management.
Experience: Typically 3-6 years of relevant SAP Basis/HANA support experience, with hands-on production support exposure.
