Recommend and implement enhancements in data collection, visualization, and reporting processes using analytics best practices.\n6. Monitor daily deliverables against SLA requirements, ensuring timely completion and agreed-upon accuracy.\n7. Participate in forecasting monthly revenue and monitoring cost management targets using data analytics tools.\n8. Support team development by identifying training needs and facilitating upskilling initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.\n9. Ensure all reporting and process controls comply with regulatory, risk, and data governance requirements, building additional controls when necessary.\nSkill Requirements\n1. Solid Proficiency In Data Analytics And Business Intelligence Tools Such As Power Bi, Tableau, Qlik, And Advanced Excel.\n2. Strong Understanding Of Sql For Data Extraction, Transformation, And Analysis.\n3. Experience With Etl Processes And Tools Like Alteryx Or Informatica.\n4. Solid Analytical And ProblemSolving Skills For Identifying Trends And Providing Actionable Insights.\n5. Good Knowledge Of Data Validation, Quality Assurance, And Reporting Best Practices.\n6. Experience In OutcomeOriented Reporting And Aligning Metrics With Business Goals.\nOther Requirements\n1. Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.\n2.
