Collaborate with the Development Team: Work daily with your agile development team, participating in all agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), answering questions, and providing clarification. Accept Completed Work: Review and accept completed user stories, ensuring they meet the defined acceptance criteria and contribute to the overall product quality and user experience. Deep Dive into User Needs: Continuously gather and analyze user feedback, market trends, and competitive insights to inform backlog prioritization and ensure the product remains relevant and valuable. Become a Domain Expert: Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and technological advancements in warehouse management, logistics, and manufacturing. Facilitate Communication: Ensure seamless communication and transparency between the development team, stakeholders, and other product functions. What You'll Bring: Experience (10+ Years): A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in product development, with at least 5-7 years specifically as a Product Owner in an agile environment. Agile Expertise: Proven hands-on experience applying Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a deep understanding of the Product Owner role within these frameworks. Warehouse Management Expertise: Deep, hands-on expertise with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and a comprehensive understanding of warehouse operations, including inventory management, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, and material flow. Manufacturing Domain Knowledge: A strong understanding of the manufacturing industry, including production processes, supply chain dynamics, and the unique challenges faced by manufacturers. Industry Experience (Plus): Direct hands-on experience working within a manufacturing company or developing solutions specifically for the manufacturing sector is a significant advantage. Technical Acumen: Ability to understand complex technical concepts, engage in technical discussions with engineering teams, and make informed decisions about feature implementation and technical trade-offs.
