The role will be accountable for end-to-end programme governance, planning, stakeholder management, commercial oversight, risk management, and successful delivery of multiple workstreams spanning customer onboarding, servicing, operations, payments, integrations, and regulatory compliance. The programme includes Salesforce-based customer and operational journeys, enterprise integrations, and modern banking platform enablement.\nThe Programme Manager will serve as the primary engagement lead, working closely with ClearBank executives, product owners, architects, delivery teams, Salesforce stakeholders, and third-party partners to ensure business outcomes are achieved within agreed timelines, budget, quality, and regulatory expectations.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nProgramme Leadership\nOwn overall delivery of the Salesforce transformation programme.\nDefine and execute programme governance, delivery roadmap, and operating model.\nLead cross-functional teams comprising business analysts, architects, developers, testers, DevOps, and integration specialists.\nDrive alignment between business objectives, technology delivery, and regulatory requirements.\nEnsure successful delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.\nStakeholder Management\nEstablish strong relationships with ClearBank business and technology leadership.\nFacilitate steering committees, governance forums, programme reviews, and executive updates.\nManage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely decision-making.\nAct as the primary escalation point for programme-level issues and risks.\nDelivery & Execution Management\nDevelop and maintain programme plans, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths.\nMonitor programme progress, budget, resource utilisation, and delivery health.\nEnsure alignment across Salesforce, integration, data, testing, and operational workstreams.\nDrive dependency management across internal and external teams.\nOversee release planning and production readiness activities.\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nManage programme financials, forecasts, revenue, margin, and resource plans.\nTrack commercial commitments and contractual deliverables.\nDrive efficient utilisation and cost optimisation.\nSupport programme reporting and business reviews.\nRisk, Compliance & Governance\nEstablish programme governance frameworks and reporting structures.\nIdentify and proactively manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.\nEnsure delivery adheres to banking, security, compliance, and audit requirements.\nDrive mitigation plans and executive escalations when required.\nTransformation & Change Management\nSupport organisational change and adoption activities.\nEnsure successful transition to operational teams.\nDrive continuous improvement and delivery excellence practices.\nPromote Agile delivery and product-centric ways of working.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Experience\nEssential\n15+ years of IT delivery and programme management experience.\nProven experience managing large-scale transformation programmes exceeding £5M in value.\nExperience delivering complex Salesforce or CRM transformation initiatives.\nStrong experience in:\nBanking\nFinancial Services\nPayments\nFinTech\nDemonstrated success managing distributed onsite and offshore delivery teams.\nExperience managing executive and C-level stakeholders.\nPreferred\nExperience with retail banking, customer onboarding, servicing, and operational transformation.\nExperience managing Salesforce Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Financial Services Cloud programmes.\nExperience leading
