Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead and oversee multiple related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and successful delivery of outcomes. The ideal candidate will have strong stakeholder management, project execution, risk management, and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and coordinate multiple projects within a program to achieve strategic business goals.
Develop program plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business, engineering, operations, and leadership stakeholders.
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks and dependencies across projects.
Monitor program progress and provide regular status updates to senior management.
Drive program governance, reviews, and decision-making processes.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and program success metrics.
Facilitate communication among stakeholders and resolve escalations effectively.
Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in project/program management.
Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional programs.
Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
Experience with project management tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar.
Preferred Qualifications
PMP, PgMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certification.
Experience in digital transformation, software development, cloud, or enterprise programs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
