The Program Manager acts as the primary interface between the customer and delivery organization while ensuring successful execution of contractual commitments and transformation initiatives\nKey Responsibilities\nProgram Delivery & Governance\nLead end-to-end delivery of large programs and managed service engagements.\nEstablish and drive governance frameworks, review mechanisms, and executive reporting.\nManage risks, issues, dependencies, and escalation processes.\nEnsure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, quality standards, and contractual obligations.\nCustomer Success (ACSAT / PCSAT)\nOwn ACSAT and PCSAT initiatives to improve customer experience.\nConduct periodic customer reviews and executive governance meetings.\nDevelop corrective action plans based on customer feedback.\nDrive continuous service improvement and customer retention.\nStaffing & Resource Management\nDrive demand fulfillment and workforce planning.\nPartner with Talent Acquisition and staffing teams to meet hiring targets.\nManage resource allocation, onboarding, offboarding, and utilization.\nBuild high-performing teams across onsite, offshore, and remote locations.\nFinancial & Commercial Management\nOwn revenue, margin, budgeting, and forecasting for assigned programs.\nManage Statements of Work (SOW), Change Requests (CR), contracts, and invoicing processes.\nIdentify opportunities for cost optimization and delivery efficiency.\nSupport business growth through account expansion initiatives.\nSolutioning & Transformation\nPartner with customers to identify transformation opportunities.\nLead solution design workshops and proposal development.\nDrive modernization, automation, cloud, and GenAI initiatives.\nCollaborate with COEs, architects, and business stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.\nGenAI Leadership\nIdentify and implement GenAI opportunities across service operations.\nDrive adoption of Microsoft Copilot and AI-powered productivity solutions.\nLead AI governance, responsible AI practices, and value realization.\nDevelop AI-led transformation roadmaps aligned to customer business goals.\nPeople Leadership\nLead and mentor delivery managers, project managers, and technical teams.\nConduct performance reviews and career development planning.\nFoster innovation, collaboration, learning, and employee engagement.\nBuild succession pipelines and future leadership capability.\nQualifications\n12+ years of experience in Program/Delivery Management.\nProven experience managing large enterprise customers.\nStrong exposure to staffing, governance, customer success, and financial management.\nExperience with digital transformation and GenAI initiatives.\nPMP, SAFe, ITIL, Scrum Master, or equivalent certifications preferred.\nSuccess Metrics\nDelivery SLA/KPI Achievement\nACSAT / PCSAT Scores\nRevenue & Margin Performance\nStaffing Fulfillment and Utilization\nGovernance Compliance\nTransformation & Innovation Outcomes\nEmployee Engagement and Retention\nGenAI Adoption and Business Value Realization\nSkill Requirements\n1. Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate cross functional teams towards achieving program objectives.\n5. Exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges and drive innovative solutions.\n6. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and navigate complex organizational structures.\n7.
