Below are the details -\nCurrent Situation\nPITAGOR is a 28-year-old legacy application used by TotalEnergies as the backbone of refinery valorisation. It supports planning, scheduling and Mass balance for the 7 site refineries of TotalEnergies\nChallenges\nPITAGOR is an on-premises solution hosted on the main network.\nOver the years, refinery teams have built many Excel/VBA tools directly connected to the PITAGOR database.\nEstimated volume: ~250 Excel files across seven refineries.\nThe exact inventory, complexity, ownership, and transformation effort are currently unknown.\nThese files are business-critical and widely used by refinery engineers.\nObjective of the Requested Resource\nThe resource should support an assessment and transformation initiative focused on the Excel ecosystem surrounding PITAGOR.\nPhase 1: Discovery & Assessment\nIdentify and collect existing Excel files from refinery sites.\nEngage with business users and site contacts.\nAnalyze Excel/VBA solutions and database dependencies.\nDocument functionality, usage, complexity, and business criticality.\nAssess compatibility with the future Archimed solution.\nEstimate transformation effort and migration approach.\nPhase 2: Transformation\nSupport redesign and modernization of the Excel tools.\nAdapt Excel files to work with Archimed.\nIdentify opportunities to migrate reporting use cases to Power BI where appropriate.\nContinue implementation activities after the assessment phase to ensure knowledge continuity.\nMandatory
