You will play a critical role in supporting enterprise-wide collaboration, IT service delivery, and asset management.\nTo join our growing team, please review the list of responsibilities and qualifications.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nAdminister and configure Jira Data Center & Cloud, including DC-to-Cloud migration (Jira & Jira service Desk).\nManage Jira Issue types, workflows, screens, permissions, custom fields, automation rules, notifications ,and screen schemes.\nSet up and support Jira Service Management (JSM): service desks, SLAs, request types, and portals.\nDesign and maintain Assets (Insight) schemas.\nSupport Confluence spaces, templates, permissions, and plug-in management.\nProvide application support for Jira, Confluence, and JSM across IT and business teams.\nGather and analyze business requirements to optimize Jira/Confluence configurations.\nEvaluate, test, and configure Jira/Confluence plug-ins.\nAutomate tasks using REST APIs, webhooks, and ScriptRunner.\nCreate Jira projects, filters, dashboards, and reports.\nDocument workflows, configurations, and processes to support runbooks and training.\nStay updated with the latest Jira features and best practices.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Skills & Qualifications:\nJira administration experience (DC & Cloud), including DC-to-Cloud migration (Jira & Jira service Desk)..\nExpertise in Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence, and Assets (Insight).\nStrong understanding of ITIL practices and service management workflows.\nProficient in REST APIs, scripting (e.g., Python/Groovy/ScriptRunner/), and system integrations.\nFamiliar with Agile (Scrum, Kanban), and SAFe methodologies.\nAbility to translate business needs into technical solutions and workflows.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication;
