The Transition CoE is a global team of high performing transition experts who are responsible for the full lifecycle of a customer journey from RFPs to Transition executions. Transition Managers should have strong knowledge, expertise, and experience of working in global application transition programs in complex and challenging environments. Transition Managers are responsible for creating and defending the end-to-end transition solutions. They will be required to lead small to medium transitions or lead a transition tower within a large program. Additional responsibility includes working on various initiatives with respect to enhancing the framework, automation and CoE libraries.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nA. Transition Solution:\nOverall responsibility for creating customized and ‘fit for purpose’ transition solution and sizing for various RFPs\nEnsure HCLTech’s transition framework, tools & accelerators are followed\nCreate week-on-week transition ramp-up and provide complete inputs for transition budgets based on CoE’s cost and effort models\nParticipate in internal leadership reviews to get the transition solution and budgets approved\nSupport the creation of transition related content and presentations to clients bid defense and deep-dive workshops\nParticipate in due-diligence exercises\nB. Transition Executions:\nOverall responsible for the management, performance, and execution of the Transition Program or the assigned Transition Tower\nEnsure all planning is coordinated, consolidated and in line with HCL's contractual obligations\nEnsure standard CoE methodology, deliverables and approach is followed for transition execution\nMonitor progress of transition plan and the associated tasks and responsibilities (with respect to responsibility of HCL or client or incumbent supplier) against the transition schedule, timelines and milestones\nConduct transition cadence meetings\nIdentify, monitor and manage any risks or issues via an updated Transition Risk Register and take appropriate preventive and corrective measures\nReview transition deliverables and ensure effective knowledge transfer\nConduct toll-gate checkpoint reviews and go/no-go meetings with client stakeholders\nConduct the Transition to Delivery handover meetings\nEnsure Critical Milestones and deliverables are identified and completed on time\nMonitor, track and report against the transition resource ramp-up plan\nInterface with steady state delivery managers for handover\nWork with various cross functional track leads for the successful execution of program/tower\nAddress program/tower level issues with delivery teams and client stakeholders\nConduct transition closure activities as per the CoE framework\nC. Transition CoE Initiatives:\nParticipate in the CoE initiatives to enhance transition framework, accelerators, libraries, tools and templates\nPrepare content for analyst meets and other CoE initiatives aimed at increasing the internal and external visibility\n\nSkill Requirements\n\nA.
