Responsibilities\n\n- Lead operational management and process improvement initiatives within IT outsourcing projects across Spain and Portugal.\n- Conduct in-depth business analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing actionable recommendations to senior management.\n- Collaborate with finance teams to develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance metrics relevant to the outsourcing business.\n- Support recruitment processes by partnering with talent acquisition teams, understanding workforce needs, and ensuring timely onboarding of talent.\n- Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and present insights to stakeholders for informed decision-making.\n- Develop and implement solutions to complex business challenges, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.\n- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.\n- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and recommending best practices.\n- Act as a key point of contact for cross-functional teams and external partners in the region.\n- Manage and oversee Purchase Order (PO) processes for Spain and Portugal, ensuring accuracy, timely creation, tracking, and closure in line with internal controls and client requirements.\n- Act as liaison between operations, finance, procurement, and external vendors to resolve PO-related issues and ensure smooth financial workflows.\n- Coordinate and support the management of public grants and subsidies in Spain (e.g. operational or innovation-related), including tracking expenditures, ensuring compliance, and supporting required reporting.\n- Collaborate with finance and legal teams to ensure grant-related activities comply with local regulations, funding conditions, and audit requirements.\n\nSkill Requirements\n\nMinimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in business analysis, finance, and operations, preferably within IT outsourcing or technology services.\n- Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and cost analysis.\n- Proven knowledge of recruitment processes and workforce planning in a multinational environment.\n- Exceptional analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.\n- Solution-oriented mindset with a track record of driving process improvements.\n- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\n\n- Proficiency in data analysis tools and MS Office Suite.\nOther
