delivery lifecycle.\nBusiness Analysis\nElicit, analyze, document, and validate business requirements.\nCreate BRDs, FRDs, process flows, use cases, and data mapping documents.\nPerform gap analysis and impact assessments.\nDefine acceptance criteria and support UAT activities.\nPayments Domain Leadership\nWork on payment systems including all ISO 20022 compliant payment types\nUnderstand E2E payment lifecycle from initiation through settlement and reconciliation.\nCollaborate with operations and compliance teams on regulatory initiatives.\nStakeholder Management\nEngage business sponsors, operations teams, architects, and development teams.\nPresent product roadmaps and status updates to senior leadership.\nManage competing priorities and drive consensus among stakeholders.\nAgile Delivery\nParticipate in PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Reviews, and Retrospectives.\nEnsure readiness of stories before sprint commitment.\nTrack delivery metrics and product
