Project Planning & Execution\nDevelop and implement comprehensive data center migration strategies, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, timelines, and risk tolerance.\nOversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of migration activities, including asset relocation, network cutovers, and infrastructure validation.\nConduct detailed assessments of current data center environments and target state requirements.\nPerform detailed work breakdowns and resource allocation to ensure smooth execution.\nLead end-to-end project delivery, including task prioritization, milestone tracking, and team coordination across infrastructure, application, and operations teams.\nIdentify and analyse dependencies, constraints, and potential risks associated with the migration.\nManage migration waves and ensure completion against predefined entry and exit criteria. 2. Co-location RFI/RFP Management\nEvaluate vendor responses using structured scoring criteria (e.g., uptime guarantees, scalability, compliance certifications, cost models).\nFacilitate vendor presentations, site visits, and technical assessments to support decision\u0002making.\nRecommend shortlisted providers based on quantitative and qualitative evaluation outcomes. 3. Contractual Review and Negotiation\nLead contract review and negotiation for colocation agreements, ensuring alignment with organizational risk, compliance, and financial objectives.\nCollaborate with legal and procurement teams to negotiate lease terms, SLAs, pricing structures, and liability clauses.\nEnsure contracts include robust risk allocation, compliance coverage (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA), and scalability provisions for future expansion Negotiate flexible terms for space and power growth, rights of first refusal, and transparent cost models (MRC/NRC).\nDefine and document exit strategies, including termination clauses, relocation timelines, and decommissioning obligations. 4. Risk and Stakeholder Management\nIdentify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize downtime and business disruption during migration.\nCoordinate governance approvals, risk assessments, and rollback strategies.\nMaintain structured communication cadence with stakeholders, including executive reporting, steering committee updates, and vendor coordination.\nFoster collaboration across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment between technical and business objectives. 5. Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish centralized program reporting through dashboards and KPIs to track migration progress, vendor performance, and contractual compliance.\nProvide regular updates to leadership on project milestones, financials, and risk status.\nCapture lessons learned post-migration and apply improvements to future data center or infrastructure initiatives. 5. Monitoring, Reporting & Continuous Improvement\nEstablish centralized program reporting through dashboards and KPIs to track migration progress, vendor performance, and contractual compliance.\nProvide regular updates to leadership on project milestones, financials, and risk status.\nCapture lessons learned post-migration and apply improvements to future data center or infrastructure initiatives. 6.
