The role will also coordinate readiness across requirements, solution/design, development, testing, business validation and deployment activities as applicable.\n\nThe consultant is expected to provide hands-on delivery leadership rather than primarily administrative project support, creating the structure and momentum required to move the initiative from planning through successful implementation.\n\nThe program manager will drive the day-to-day execution of the OPnL / Omni Steering initiative, including:\n\n* Maintain the integrated project plan, milestones and critical path.\n\n* Coordinate deliverables and dependencies across business, product, data and technology teams.\n\n* Track actions, risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies and proactively drive them to closure.\n\n* Facilitate project working sessions, planning meetings, governance forums and decision-making discussions.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n* Follow up with workstream owners to ensure commitments and milestones remain on track.\n\n* Identify potential schedule or delivery risks early and establish mitigation/recovery actions.\n\n* Prepare concise project status and decision material for senior stakeholders and governance forums.\n\n* Coordinate testing, business readiness and deployment planning across relevant teams.\n\n* Maintain clear documentation of key decisions, scope changes and agreed actions.\n\n* Support prioritisation and resolution of cross-functional issues affecting overall project delivery.\n\nStrong experience managing complex digital/technology transformation projects in a large global organisation.\n\n* Proven end-to-end project management experience covering planning, execution, testing/readiness and implementation.\n\n* Demonstrated ability to manage multiple parallel workstreams, cross-team dependencies, risks and critical milestones.\n\n* Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.\n\n* Ability to translate complex delivery situations into clear plans, decisions, risks and executive-level communication.\n\n* Strong ownership and execution mindset with the ability to proactively drive teams and actions to closure.\n\nSkill Requirements\n\n* Experience working across business, product, data and technology teams in a matrix organisation.\n\n* Strong knowledge of Agile/hybrid delivery approaches and project governance.\n\nDesired\n\n* Experience in retail, omnichannel, finance/performance management or management reporting transformations.\n\n* Experience with data, analytics, planning or enterprise reporting programmes.\n\n* Experience working in geographically distributed/global teams.\n\n* Ability to operate effectively in an environment with evolving requirements and multiple organisational dependencies.\n\n1. End-to-end ownership and delivery leadership - proven ability to independently drive a complex transformation from planning through implementation.\n\n2. Cross-functional stakeholder and dependency management - ability to align business, product, data and technology teams and proactively resolve risks, dependencies and decisions.\n\n3.
