Job Summary
1. Manage inventory of hardware components, equipment, products, and other supplies in the lab and storage.
2. Use the different platforms to select and procure new equipment, spare parts, and supplies.
3. Support and enable the team by ensuring all supplies are stocked and available when needed.
4. Organise the lab layout and move robots, equipment, and inventory as required.
5. Deploy and manage compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the lab and its equipment.
6. Assist with all inventory software development and updates.
7. Perform shipping and receiving tasks.
8. Supplier enrollment support.
9. Generation of purchase orders and reviewing invoices.
10. Purchasing system troubleshooting

Qualifications

Proficiency in using inventory management software, enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, and bug tracking systems.
Strong organizational skills with a meticulous approach to data entry, stocking, and physical asset management.
Experience with administrative tasks such as generating purchase orders and reviewing invoices.
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory requirements in a technical or lab environment is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate with both technical teams and external suppliers.
