Job Summary Responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across assigned demands, ensuring timely sourcing, interview coordination, offer closure, BGV, and onboarding while maintaining strong process compliance and tool adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesManage 50+ positions end-to-end, covering demand validation, sourcing, scheduling, fitment, offer release, BGV, and onboarding.Ensure positions are tagged with offers within 30 days against each SR, with candidates targeted to join within 60 days.Perform daily demand validation and refer back invalid/incomplete demands for correction.Source a minimum of 15 relevant profiles per day and ensure all profiles are uploaded in iTAP.Drive direct sourcing as the primary hiring channel, limiting vendor usage to a maximum of 5%, specifically for critical/billing-loss positions.Schedule a minimum of 10 TP1 interviews per day, excluding candidate no-shows.Ensure Talview assessments are completed on the same day.Complete HR interviews on the same day to accelerate hiring closure.Participate in regular delivery/stakeholder meetings and drive recruitment actions to closure.Follow up on BGV cases and ensure timely closure.Release offers
