statistics, KPI dashboards, and platform analytics.\nCoordinate with Network, Security, Identity, and Infrastructure teams.\nMaintain SOPs, operational documentation, knowledge repositories, and support runbooks.\nParticipate in on-call support and major incident management activities.\nSkill Requirements\nStrong experience in Zoom Collaboration Administration.\nHands-on experience with Zoom Meetings, Zoom Rooms, Zoom Phone, and Zoom Webinar.\nKnowledge of Unified Communications (UC), VoIP, and Enterprise Collaboration technologies.\nExperience with SSO, SAML, MFA, Active Directory, and Microsoft Entra ID integrations.\nUnderstanding of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, QoS, and firewall requirements for collaboration services.\nExperience managing collaboration room hardware and conferencing endpoints.\nFamiliarity with ServiceNow, ITIL processes, and operational support models.\nExperience in Incident, Problem, Change, and Major Incident Management.\nStrong troubleshooting, reporting, stakeholder management, and documentation skills.\nZoom Administrator Certification or equivalent experience preferred.\nOther
