System Assessment: Analysis of errors and performance loss in the SAP system, the database, and the operating system\nKnowledge/Experience with User Management, System copies, Unicode Conversions.\nSkill Requirements\nMandatory Execution Skills (to handle critical tasks)\nMust have handled a team of 15 to 20 L1 & L2 consultants\nThe lead will be responsible for developing efficient work methods, and collaborating with junior consultants to increase productivity\nUnderstanding on the ITIL framework\nKnowledge on Incident Management and Change Management is must.\nCreating and regularly maintaining the weekly and monthly shift roasters for ongoing projects\nManage change management processes within SAP Landscape and SAP Infrastructure according to agreed procedures\nAbility to work on activities involved in Planning areas (Sizing, Scoping, Client/Landscape Strategy, High Availability/Disaster Recovery Strategy etc.) of Implementation projects without much supervision at transaction level\nProvide training and direction to other operational support teams.\nMaintain documentation on system configurations, maintenance processes and schedules.\nMonitor performance as it relates to SAP infrastructure and enterprise architecture components, applications and databases.\nPerform release and patch activities and participate in overall upgrade improvements to systems and hardware.\nEnsure adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements within SAP Systems Infrastructure and Architecture.\nParticipate in providing 24x7 support on rotational basis to ensure operations of these critical systems for different customers.\nSupport IT audit activities, analyze results and provide remediation which results in improved compliance to standards and controls for all internal and external regulatory\nOther Requirements\nDesired Experience\n6 to 8 years relevant experience working as a SAP basis lead in medium / large firm\nGood communication skills, ability to interact with global customer POC and able to articulate himself/herself\nTeam player, good attitude to work with fellow workers\nShould have knowledge on project management basics and agile methodology\nSelf-starter, with learning attitude\nAbility to prioritize tasks, work independently with minimum
