This role partners with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and operations teams to proactively monitor system health, identify performance bottlenecks, and improve service reliability.\nKey Responsibilities\nInstall, configure, and maintain Dynatrace monitoring solutions across enterprise environments.\nConfigure application performance monitoring (APM), infrastructure monitoring, real user monitoring (RUM), synthetic monitoring, and log monitoring.\nMonitor application health, availability, and performance across on-premises and cloud environments.\nAnalyze performance metrics and identify root causes of application and infrastructure issues.\nCreate and maintain dashboards, reports, alerts, and service-level objectives (SLOs).\nCollaborate with development, operations, and support teams to troubleshoot performance and availability issues.\nSupport incident management, problem management, and performance optimization initiatives.\nIntegrate Dynatrace with CI/CD, ITSM, and DevOps tools.\nDevelop monitoring standards, best practices, and governance controls.\nConduct capacity planning and trend analysis using Dynatrace insights and analytics.\nProvide recommendations to improve application performance, user experience, and operational efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nRequired Skills\nStrong experience with Dynatrace platform administration and monitoring.\nKnowledge of Application Performance Monitoring (APM) concepts.\nExperience monitoring web applications, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.\nUnderstanding of cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.\nFamiliarity with Linux and Windows operating systems.\nKnowledge of networking concepts, including HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, and load balancing.\nExperience with log analysis and observability tools.\nUnderstanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.\nStrong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience with Dynatrace OneAgent deployment and configuration.\nKnowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, OpenShift, and containerized environments.\nExperience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar technologies.\nIntegration experience with ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps, Splunk, or other enterprise tools.\nFamiliarity with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.\nKnowledge of cloud-native monitoring and observability frameworks.\nSkill Requirements\nnull\nOther Requirements\nQualifications\nEngineering or Master degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.\n7+ years of experience in Application Performance Monitoring, Infrastructure Monitoring, or Observability platforms.\nHands-on experience implementing and managing Dynatrace in enterprise
