End-to-End Testing Ownership\nLead end-to-end validation across POS workflows, including:\nSales, returns, tenders, promotions\nStore operations and backend integrations\nOwn testing across multiple phases:\nSystem Testing\nSystem Integration Testing (SIT)\nUser Acceptance Testing (UAT)\nEnsure certification of Xstore builds for QA and production readiness\nC. Integration & Data Validation\nDrive integration testing across upstream/downstream systems including ERP, SAP, SAP CAR, HRMS, etc.\nValidate inbound/outbound data flows across Xstore, XOCS, and integration layers\nCoordinate with dependent systems to ensure end-to-end data validation\nD. Regression & Compatibility Testing\nOwn regression and backward compatibility testing across releases and regions\nPlan automation for repeatable regression scenarios\nEnsure minimal regression leakage during rollout phases\nE. Non-Functional & Device Testing\nOversee NFR validation (performance, stability, reliability)\nLead POS hardware & peripheral testing (scanners, printers, payment devices)\nF. Defect Management & RCA\nDrive defect lifecycle management and prioritization\nPerform root cause analysis and quality improvement actions\nEnsure timely closure aligned with release timelines\nG. UAT, Pilot & Rollout Support\nSupport and govern:\nUAT cycles and business validation\nPilot store testing and rollout readiness\nEnable store-ready deployment with minimal disruption\nH.
