the backlog.\nKey Responsibilities\nMarket Support & Platform Operations\nProvide market-facing operational support for CMS and DAM platforms.\nSupport content co-workers in day-to-day use of Content Management tools and workflows.\nCapture recurring user issues, operational pain points, and improvement opportunities.\nCoordinate with Product Owners and engineering teams to ensure user needs are visible and addressed through the appropriate delivery channels.\nTool Training & User Enablement\nDeliver training and enablement for CMS and DAM tools.\nSupport onboarding of users to new platform capabilities and headless content workflows.\nCreate or maintain practical support materials such as quick guides, FAQs, process notes, and usage recommendations.\nHelp improve user confidence, consistency, and efficiency in content creation and management activities.\nBacklog Coordination & Requirement Support\nGather feedback, needs, and enhancement requests from market users and content co-workers.\nSupport Product Owners by translating operational feedback into clear backlog inputs.\nAssist in backlog refinement by providing user context, business impact, and market-readiness considerations.\nTrack open questions, support needs, and adoption blockers that may influence roadmap delivery.\nChange Management & Headless Rollout Support\nSupport change management activities for CMS and DAM platform changes.\nEnable co-workers to adopt new headless content ways of working.\nSupport communications, readiness, and adoption activities linked to platform releases or process changes.\nHelp markets transition from legacy content practices to modern Content Management workflows.\nCo-worker Coaching & Adoption\nCoach content co-workers on platform usage, content workflows, and headless rollout practices.\nProvide practical guidance to support consistent and effective use of CMS/DAM capabilities.\nIdentify training gaps and work with Product Owners or relevant stakeholders to address them.\nPromote continuous improvement in how markets create, manage, and publish content.\nCross-functional Collaboration\nCollaborate with Product Owners, Software Engineers, Data teams, Engineering Managers, and market stakeholders.\nAct as a user-focused liaison between product delivery teams and market-facing teams.\nContribute to cross-functional workstreams involving business and marketing and other stakeholder where required.\nSupport team continuity and domain knowledge retention across delivery cycles.\nSkill Requirements\nSenior-level experience in Product Specialist, Product Support, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or similar market-facing digital platform role.\nExperience supporting CMS and/or Digital Asset Management (DAM) platforms.\nStrong experience in user support, tool training, enablement, and adoption activities.\nExperience with backlog coordination, requirement gathering, and stakeholder feedback management.\nUnderstanding of headless CMS concepts and content workflows.\nExperience supporting change management in digital product or platform transformation environments.\nStrong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.\nBusiness-level English communication skills.\nOther Requirements\nExperience in large-scale CMS/DAM rollout or transformation programmes.\nFamiliarity with omnichannel content operations and market-facing content workflows.\nExposure to content insights, analytics, or AI-enabled content capabilities.\nExperience creating training documentation, user guides, process materials, or enablement
