data standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nIncident & Service Request Management\nProvide L2 support for SAP MDG incidents, service requests, and user inquiries.\nAnalyze and resolve master data workflow and governance issues.\nMonitor ticket queues and ensure SLA compliance.\nEscalate complex issues to L3 support teams where required.\nProvide regular status updates to users and requests.\nAssist users with governance approvals and business rules.\nMonitor pending workflows and approval bottlenecks.\nSupport data quality validation activities.\nData Governance & Quality Management\nAssist in maintaining data governance standards.\nMonitor and report data quality issues.\nSupport duplicate identification and remediation activities.\nParticipate in data cleansing initiatives.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise master data policies and controls.\nTesting & Change Support\nSupport functional testing of MDG enhancements and fixes.\nExecute test scripts and document results.\nParticipate in SIT, UAT, and regression testing.\nPerform production validation following deployments.\nDocumentation & Knowledge Management\nMaintain knowledge articles and support AMS environment.\nUnderstanding of Business Partner, Customer, Vendor, Material, and Financial master data concepts.\nExperience working within ITIL-based support organizations.\nExposure to SAP S/4HANA environments is preferred.\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or related
