GenAI / LLM Application Development\nBuild GenAI applications using:\nLangChain, LangGraph\nImplement RAG architectures with:\nRetrieval, reranking, chunking, memory strategies\nVector DBs (faiss, aisearch, opensearch, PG vector etc).\nDesign prompt-engineering strategies:\nInstruction-following\nReAct (Reasoning + Acting)\nChain-of-thought structuring\nSelf-reflection and planning loops\nEvaluation Strategy\nImplement evaluation frameworks for Classical ML and GenAI systems, covering statistical validation, reliability, and robustness.\nAssess LLM outputs, RAG pipelines, and agent workflows for grounding quality, relevance, and retrieval accuracy (e.g., recall@k, precision@k).\nUse LangSmith for tracing, automated evaluations, regression testing, and continuous system-level quality monitoring\n\n2. Agentic System Architecture\nBuild agentic workflows:\nTool-calling agents\nPlanner-executor systems\nMulti-agent communication systems\nHierarchical agent architectures\nDeep Agents\nIntegrate memory systems:\nepisodic memory\nsemantic memory\nvector-based long-term knowledge\nImplement evaluation frameworks for agentic systems using LangSmith.\n3. Model Context Protocol (MCP) & Tooling\nImplement MCP servers for external tool connectivity.\nBuild tools that allow agents to interact with:\nAPIs\nCode execution environments\nKnowledge bases\nCompany applications\n4. Classical ML (Foundational DS Skills)\nApply ML models to structured/unstructured data.\nConduct feature engineering, model selection, hyperparameter tuning.\nBuild interpretable models where required.\n5. Engineering & Integration\nCollaborate with backend engineering teams to seamlessly integrate agentic and GenAI systems into production applications.\nImplement observability, tracing, and monitoring for GenAI workflows using LangSmith to ensure reliability and system-level transparency.\n6.
