Mentor junior/mid-level layout engineers and enforce design best practices.\nWork closely with circuit designers, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) experts, and global engineering teams to optimize Power, Performance, and Area (PPA).\nEvaluate new EDA tools, develop automation scripts (Skill/Perl/Python), and optimize layout methodologies to improve overall productivity.\nProcess Nodes Experience\nHands-on experience in one or more of the following technologies is preferred:\nIntel Advanced Nodes\nTSMC N16 / N7 / N5 / N3\nSamsung Advanced Process Nodes\nGlobal Foundries Technologies\nAny BCD or Bi-CMOS process nodes.\nScripting\nBasic programming or scripting skills in one of the below programming languages is highly preferred\nSKILL / SHELL / PERL / TCL\nEDA Tools\nLayout Editor: Cadence Virtuoso / Synopsys Custom Compiler\nPhysical Verifications: Calibre / PVS / Assura / ICV\nReliability:\nEM-IR: Voltus / Totem / mPower\nESD: PERC\nEducation\nB.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.\nKey Responsibilities\n1.
