Your focus will be on incident management, master data troubleshooting, and maintaining high availability of customer information management platforms.\nDetailed Responsibilities\nProvide L2/L3 support for TIBCO CIM solutions, ensuring high availability and performance.\nManage incidents, service requests, and changes using ServiceNow, following ITIL best practices.\nMonitor TIBCO CIM health using Dynatrace and BigPanda, proactively identifying issues.\nTroubleshoot data quality issues, synchronization failures, and integration problems.\nCollaborate with TIBCO specialists to escalate complex issues and coordinate fixes.\nDocument known issues, troubleshooting guides, and operational procedures in Confluence.\nTrack support activities in JIRA, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.\nPerform routine maintenance and basic automation using shell scripts.\nCoordinate with infrastructure teams for AWS/Azure-related issues.\nParticipate in on-call rotations and incident response activities.\nKey Responsibilities\n1. To maintain existing features, troubleshoot bugs , resolve ad-hoc requests and provide support for enhancement (major and minor) /new developments based on business/ client requirements as well as from the functional and technical team of HCL on the project.\n2. To provide client support by presenting data, information, ticket resolution and day to day support activities like monitoring client requirements as well as keeping track of schedule for on time delivery of assigned tasks as per the defined quality standards.\n3. To perform activities related to enhancement creation of documents for CMMi and client requirements\n4. To provide technical guidance to junior developers\n5.
