order management or supply chain support is preferred.\nExperience in a manufacturing or technology environment would be an advantage.\nKey Responsibilities\nCreate and process direct and indirect purchase orders based on approved requisitions and instructions from the Supply Chain team.\nMaintain accurate purchase order records, delivery dates, supplier confirmations and supporting documents in the MRP or ERP system.\nFollow up with suppliers on order acknowledgements, delivery status, overdue orders, expedites, reschedules and cancellations.\nCoordinate with Planning, Warehouse, Finance, Engineering and other internal teams to resolve routine purchasing, receiving and invoice discrepancies.\nSupport requests for quotations and compile supplier pricing, lead-time and delivery information for review by the Buyer or manager responsible.\nAssist with administrative processing for rejected materials, supplier returns, Engineering Change Requests and Engineering Change Orders.\nPrepare routine purchasing reports, trackers and supplier or order-status updates.\nMaintain supplier master data and procurement records in accordance with company procedures and document-control requirements.\nEscalate delivery, pricing, quality or system issues to the responsible Buyer or manager for guidance and resolution.\nProvide general administrative support to the Supply Chain team as required.\nSkill Requirements\nBasic understanding of purchasing processes, purchase orders and supplier follow-up.\nExperience using SAP, particularly the MM module, or another MRP or ERP system is preferred.\nProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook and Word.\nAccurate data entry, record-keeping and document-management skills.\nDetail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple routine tasks and deadlines with limited supervision.\nClear written and verbal communication skills, with a service-oriented approach when working with suppliers and internal stakeholders.\nOther
