The architecture will leverage Salesforce capabilities, enterprise integrations, banking platforms, and cloud-native services as part of ClearBank's digital banking strategy.\nThe Solution Architect will act as a bridge between business stakeholders, product owners, enterprise architects, engineering teams, and third-party partners, ensuring solutions align with target operating models, regulatory requirements, and enterprise architecture standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nSolution Architecture & Design\nOwn end-to-end solution architecture across multiple programme workstreams.\nDefine target-state architecture, solution blueprints, integration patterns, and technology roadmaps.\nDevelop High-Level Designs (HLDs), Low-Level Designs (LLDs), and architecture decision records.\nEnsure solutions meet functional, performance, scalability, resilience, and security requirements.\nLead design governance and architecture review boards.\nBusiness & Banking Transformation\nCollaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, business processes, and regulatory requirements.\nDesign solutions supporting:\nCustomer onboarding\nKYC / AML processes\nCustomer servicing\nCase management\nPayments operations\nFraud and dispute management\nWorkflow automation\nDocument management\nDrive future-state operating model design and process transformation initiatives.\nEnterprise Integration Architecture\nDesign API-led and event-driven integration patterns.\nDefine integration approaches between Salesforce and:\nCore Banking management\nAuditability\nOperational resilience\nCollaborate with security and compliance teams during design and implementation phases.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Experience\nEssential\n12+ years of experience in enterprise solution architecture and application delivery.\nProven experience designing and delivering large-scale transformation programmes.\nStrong experience within:\nBanking\nFinancial Services\nPayments\nFinTech\nExperience leading architecture engagements from discovery through implementation.\nExperience working with Agile and product-based delivery
