Keep documentation and processes around production support as well development cycle up to date and at his best possible efficiency.\nParticipate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions\nMaintain and enhance existing Java applications, addressing bugs and implementing new features\nContribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices\nEngage in code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing to promote team growth and learning\nSkill Requirements\nBachelor's or Master degree in information technology and/or other demonstrated learning path (eg.
