tracking, which have been reflected in this JD\nKey Responsibilities\nSupport Project Manager/Program Manager in day-to-day project governance.\nMaintain integrated:\nProject plans\nMilestones\nDeliverables\nDependencies\nResource trackers\nPrepare and maintain project status reports and management dashboards.\nTrack RAID:\nRisks\nActions\nIssues\nDependencies\nFollow up with respective owners to ensure timely closure of open actions.\nTrack project milestones, deliverables and commitments against agreed plans.\nCoordinate governance meetings and prepare:\nAgenda\nMeeting materials\nMinutes of Meeting\nAction trackers\nCoordinate across business, technology, vendor and delivery stakeholders.\nSupport resource onboarding/offboarding and resource-management tracking.\nMaintain project documentation and ensure appropriate governance artifacts are current.\nTrack vendor deliverables and associated dependencies.\nSupport project financial tracking including forecast, actuals and relevant vendor/payment information where applicable.\nEscalate project risks, slippages and dependencies to the appropriate stakeholders.\nSupport Project Managers in preparation of steering committee and management governance packs.\nMaintain appropriate project repositories and document controls.\nSkill Requirements\nMandatory Skills\nExperience in PMO / Project Coordination / IT Project Management support.\nStrong project planning and tracking capabilities.\nExperience with RAID management and status reporting.\nStrong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.\nExperience preparing project dashboards and leadership-level status reports.\nFamiliarity with Jira or similar project/work-management tools.\nStrong stakeholder coordination and follow-up skills.\nExcellent written and verbal communication.\nAbility to work across multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.\nPreferred Skills\nExperience in Banking / Financial Services projects.\nExposure to Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.\nExperience supporting technology transformation, application development or production-support
