delivery commitments are met on schedule, budget, and quality expectations.\nCustomer & Stakeholder Management\nAct as the primary interface for PHI leadership and business stakeholders.\nBuild trusted relationships with customer executives and delivery teams.\nDrive issue resolution and manage escalations proactively.\nLead executive-level discussions, status reviews, and strategic planning sessions.\nQuality & Process Excellence\nImprove delivery quality through governance reviews, quality gates, and best practices.\nImplement metrics-driven monitoring for defects, rework, delivery slippage, and productivity.\nEnsure compliance with Agile and enterprise delivery standards.\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives across teams.\nJira, Agile & Project Management
