highly configurable systems and complex regulatory environments.\nKey Responsibilities\nConfiguration & Environment Validation\nValidate end-to-end configuration of UKG building blocks, including:\nBusiness Structure\nAccruals\nPay Rules / Work Rules\nDisplay Profiles & Preferences\nKPI Builder\nSecurity Roles & Permissions\nSupport environment strategy validation (Dev/Test/Prod) including:\nData refresh cycles\nConfiguration versioning\nMigration validation using Setup Data Manager (SDM)\nQuality Assurance & Testing Execution\nDesign, develop, and execute comprehensive test strategies and test plans for UKG Pro WFM implementations and enhancements\nBuild, maintain, and expand automated test suites using TestAssure\nPerform manual testing for complex or high-risk scenarios where automation is not feasible\nDevelop scenario-based test cases covering real-world conditions such as split shifts, clopening, and minor scheduling\nExecute boundary, edge case, and negative testing to validate system resilience\nPerform cross-module testing to ensure seamless interaction between Forecasting, Scheduling, Timekeeping, and Attendance\nFunctional Validation (UKG WFM Modules)\nValidate system functionality across key modules including:\nForecasting (historical trends, ML-based forecasting)\nScheduling & schedule rules\nTimekeeping & pay policies\nStrategic Workforce Planning (SWP)\nAttendance and Attestation\nEmployee Self Service (ESS)\nEvents & Notifications\nReporting & Dataviews\nEnsure configurations and outputs align with business expectations and operational workflows\nCompliance & Risk Management\nValidate compliance with Fair Workweek / Predictive Scheduling laws (e.g., NYC, Seattle, Chicago, San Francisco)\nEnsure adherence to minor labor laws, break rules, and scheduling constraints\nSupport SOX audit readiness, including validation of pay policies, integrations, and controls\nTest pay rules, work rules, and schedule rules to ensure accurate and compliant pay outcomes\nConfiguration & Environment Validation\nValidate end-to-end configuration of UKG building blocks, including:\nBusiness Structure\nAccruals\nPay Rules / Work resolution\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Engagement\nCollaborate with Store Operations, HR, Payroll, Legal, and IT teams to validate business-critical workflows\nParticipate in requirement reviews, solution design discussions, and release planning\nProvide feedback on system usability, performance, and operational impact\nAct as a quality advocate, ensuring workforce solutions meet both functional and compliance standards\n\nSkill Requirements\nHands-on experience with UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG WFM / Kronos)\n5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, with a focus on enterprise applications\nExperience with test automation tools (TestAssure preferred)\nStrong understanding of workforce management processes including scheduling, timekeeping, and payroll\nExperience with defect tracking tools such as Jira\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\nAbility to work U.S. onshore hours\nOther Requirements\nExperience supporting retail workforce management environments\nKnowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements (predictive scheduling, minors, break rules)\nExperience validating SOX controls and audit processes\nFamiliarity with Setup Data
