The role includes driving transparency, managing dependencies and risks, facilitating meetings, supporting stakeholders, and improving test processes with a strong interest in AI-enabled business improvement and process efficiency.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsibilities:\nCoordinate test planning and execution across teams.\nSupport test process development, improvement, and simplification.\nFacilitate meetings and alignment forums.\nMaintain an operational overview of ongoing test activities and dependencies.\nFollow up on test progress deviations and reporting needs.\nCoordinate cross-functional collaboration between SW deliveries for Complete vehicle teams.\nEscalate risks, blockers, and dependencies when needed.\nDrive transparency in test status, priorities, and decision points.\nSupport the use of AI and digital tools to improve efficiency, reporting, and ways of working.\nSkill Requirements\nEducation (Must Have/Nice To Have):\nMust have:\nRelevant technical education or equivalent work experience within engineering, software, electronics, embedded systems, vehicle systems.\nNice to have:\nEducation or certification in test methodology, project coordination, agile ways of working, systems engineering, or similar.\nExperience (Must Have/Nice To Have):\nMust Have:\nExperience from test coordination, test planning, verification, validation, or technical project coordination.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.\nGood understanding of test processes, reporting, follow-up, and risk/dependency management.\nExperience from software/hardware integration or larger technical systems.\nNice To Have:\nExperience from automotive, embedded systems, HIL/SIL, complete vehicle testing, or system integration.\nExperience with process improvement, automation, AI-supported workflows, or digitalization of test/reporting processes.\nExperience facilitating meetings and driving alignment between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nLanguage:\nEnglish and Swedish.\nPersonal / Soft Skills:\nStructured and organised.\nProactive and solution-oriented.\nStrong ability to maintain operational overview.\nClear communicator who drives transparency.\nCollaborative leadership style.\nGood stakeholder management skills.\nComfortable coordinating across functions and disciplines.\nAble to facilitate meetings and follow up decisions/actions.\nConfident in escalation management when risks or blockers arise.\nOther Specifications:\nInterest in AI, process simplification, and efficiency improvements is highly valued.
