operating model, staffing pyramid, tooling, and governance\nLead large-scale QA programs end-to-end across functional, automation, performance, and test data workstreams\nManage global testing delivery - distributed teams, multiple time zones, and multi-vendor/onshore-offshore models\nIntroduce and scale the latest QE tooling, including AI/ML-based testing and agentic AI accelerators, into engagement setup and recovery plans\nEngage directly with senior client stakeholders during kick-off and account recovery situations\nSkill Requirements\nPrimary Skills (Must Have)\nStrong end-to-end test lifecycle expertise -
