Workforce Acceleration, Classroom Training, Labs & Hackathons (35%)\nOwn end-to-end technical enablement across a 350+ global delivery workforce spanning 7 role-based personas: Software Engineers (SWE), Data Engineers, SRE & DevOps, QA & Testing, Technical Support, BSA & Product Owners, and UX Designers.\nDesign persona-specific learning curricula and personally conduct classroom training sessions, live hands-on coding labs, interactive architecture workshops, and brown-bag clinics tailored to each persona's daily project workflows.\nOrganize and run periodic account-wide AI Hackathons, prompt-engineering challenges, and \"Build-a-thon\" sprints that convert real project pain points into working AI prototypes.\nBuild and maintain sandbox lab environments, capstone exercises, and guided certification study cohorts to mentor our Lateral FDE Launchpad cohort and internal Technical Leads through Google Cloud Partner Specialist (CPS) credentials, Google Cloud Professional Agentic Architect certifications, and the 32-hour Elite FDE Bootcamp. 2.
