downtime) using dashboards (e.g., Power BI, UiPath Orchestrator & Insights).\nDisaster Recovery & Business Continuity: Define and maintain DR plans for critical automation processes to ensure continuous business operations.\nLicensing, Cost & Resource Optimization: Optimize platform licensing (UiPath), infrastructure costs (VMs, API calls, LLM token usage), and cost efficiency and performance of AWS-hosted VMs.\nCredential & Secret Management: Ensure secure handling of business credentials, API keys, and service accounts using tools like Azure Key Vault.\nEngineering Capacity & Capability: Build, size, and develop the engineering team, managing skills, capacity planning, and workload allocation.\nRelease Integrity: Safeguard release quality through controlled deployments, environment governance, and CI/CD gates.\nSkill Requirements\nBachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, or related\nOps Frameworks (ITIL Processes)\nCloud & Infrastructure\nCI/CD & DevOps: Experience
