Job Summary Job Description: Robot Maintenance Support Job Title: Robot Maintenance Support Engineer Location: Mountainview, CA (On-site) Role Overview: We are seeking a hands-on Robot Maintenance Support / Test Engineer. You will ensure the daily health, maintenance, and uptime of our robot fleet and manage deployments of any and all new software configuration updates that are being pushed to the wider fleet. The mission is to keep every robot in working condition through rapid proactive inspections, troubleshooting and repair while also maintaining the appropriate software / firmware configurations. You will be assigned to troubleshoot and repair as soon as a support bug has been made. You will be proactive in attending meetings related to upcoming deployment configs and communicating with the rest of the team how any changes may affect their work. Key Responsibilities Monitor the fleet health dashboard in real-time and immediately start working on a robot that needs repair . Troubleshoot the reason for failures such as mechanical (e.g., actuators, joints), electrical (e.g., harnesses, sensors), or software (e.g. script execution).
