This includes bonded warehouse operations, Inward Processing Relief, proof of exit management and controls on day-to-day customs operations.\n\n1. Bonded warehouse controls\nExecutes, monitors and manages appropriate controls to ensure bonded warehouse compliance.\nMonthly report to Customs & Compliance management on executed controls.\nPrepares and controls yearly bonded warehouse closing report for submission to the Customs Authorities.\nIdentifies and drives continuous improvement initiatives to further enhance bonded warehouse compliance.\nProduct extension management for bonded warehouse eligibility.\nDomestic movement monitoring from the bonded warehouse.\nBonded products destruction management.\n2. Inward Processing Relief\nMonitors and manages IPR processes.\nTimely and compliant filing of closing declarations.\nEnsures compliance, complete and timely reporting to customs authorities on IPR processes.\nIdentification of IPR process issues and address for resolutions and continuous improvement.\nIdentifies new opportunities for IPR extension and work with relevant stakeholders for IPR license extensions.\n3. Proof of exit management\nMonitors proof of exit completion.\nWorks with brokers, freight forwarders and customs authorities to ensure export declarations in the name of Pfizer are timely confirmed for exit.\n4. Customs Reporting\nCollects and consolidates timely periodic broker reporting.\nGenerates reports required by customs or other relevant authorities (e.g. valuation reports, statistical authority queries, AEO supporting data).\n5.
