You will\nprovide rapid support, ensuring that every request is validated and processed with\nspeed and absolute compliance.\nKey Responsibilities\nResponsibilities Live-Chat Delivery & Execution\nReal-Time Response: Provide rapid, high-quality responses to Sales\nqueries regarding CRM navigation and deal process support within a chat\ninterface.\nMulti-Thread Management: Efficiently manage multiple chat threads\nwhile maintaining high accuracy and professional \"chat etiquette.\"\nPolicy Compliance: Ensure guidance is given in real-time compliance with\ninternal Google policies and processes.\nCRM Hygiene: Ensure real-time CRM hygiene and quote-to-cash\naccuracy.\nCore Responsibilities\nReview and validate contract request intake form from Sales including\nvalidating customer information and existing contract information in CRM\nsystem\nCreate sales opportunities in the Looker CRM system\nPrepare, review and deliver quotes based on Sales-provided requests\nCreate bespoke contract packages from standard components\nIdentify the need for, seek, and record cross-functional or business\nstakeholder approvals for various components of the commercial or\ncontractual package\nValidate customer-signed documents and submit for booking\nProvide input and assistance to the Order Management team with respect\nto the booking and provisioning process\nEnsure compliance with work instructions and absolute compliance with\ncorporate, legal, and SEC guidelines including ethical and financial rules\nEscalate in a timely and professional manner any issues that prevent the\ncompletion of tasks and achievement of SLA and targets\nRespond and action in a timely professional manner any escalations\nreceived\nUse deductive reasoning to make sound business decisions.\nFollow best practices and work cross-functionally with multiple teams to\ncomplete the above tasks and other daily job functions\nSkill Requirements\nSkill Requirements\nGraduate of any 4 year degree;
