Contribute to team morale by participating in recognition and feedback systems and supporting training and mentoring initiatives for agents.\nSkill Requirements\n1. Strong Understanding Of Sourcing And Procurement Operations, With Practical Experience In P2P Processes.\n2. Good Proficiency In Using Ariba Or Similar Procurement Platforms For Daily Operational Tasks.\n3. Solid Communication And Organizational Skills For Effective Issue Resolution And Stakeholder Interaction.\n4. Experience In Reviewing And Maintaining Sops And Ensuring Process Compliance Within A Team.\n5. Ability To Participate Actively In Team Meetings, Performance Discussions, And Feedback Sessions.\nOther Requirements\n1.
