mentor engineers on ROS 2 best practice.\nSkill Requirements\n8-10 years in robotics or autonomous systems software, with 4+ years on ROS/ROS 2 in productized systems.\nStrong C++ (14/17) and Python.\nDeep ROS 2 knowledge - DDS/RMW behaviour, QoS tuning, composition, TF2, launch and parameter systems.\nNavigation stack experience - SLAM, AMCL or equivalent localization, path planning and control.\nSensor fusion and state estimation - Kalman/EKF/UKF or factor-graph approaches;
