transformation\ngoals.\nLead the creation and documentation of high-level solution designs, including system integration flows.\nParticipate in cut-over planning, system migration strategies and infrastructure setup when relevant.\nCoordinate with support teams to ensure architectural traceability into operational procedures and tools.\nSupport continuous improvement of support, DevOps and delivery practices within the Retail domain.\nReview and validate proposed solutions from delivery teams to ensure scalability, security, and\nmaintainability.\nIdentify interdependencies and ensure solutions fit into the overall retail landscape by working closely\nwith other architects and integration teams.\nSkill Requirements\nREQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS\nTechnical Skills\n5+ years of experience in solution architecture, with a proven track record in large-scale digital\ntransformation and retail systems.\nHands-on experience in omni retail solution design and delivery.\nProven ability to design highly scalable, performant, and resilient solutions capable of handling high\ntransaction volumes and peak retail periods.\nFamiliarity with cloud-based platforms and tools.\nSolid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, event-driven architecture, APIs and\nmicroservices.\nExperience with tools and technologies such as Git, GitLab, Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, Jira and\nConfluence.\nStrong knowledge of software development lifecycle (Gitflow and TBD) and DevOps practices.\nProficiency in system modelling techniques and architectural documentation.\nTOGAF or equivalent certification is a plus.\nExperience in security, identity management (SSO) and compliance considerations for global rollouts.\nStrong understanding of omni retail business processes.\nSoft Skills\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and business domains.\nStrong leadership and decision-making capabilities in complex environments.\nHigh degree of autonomy, accountability, and ability to manage multiple priorities.\nMaturity and sense of ownership in end-to-end solution delivery.\nAbility to negotiate and influence decisions with a customer-centric and pragmatic approach.\nProactive mindset, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines in a demanding retail context.\nStrong presentation and visualization skills to convey
