Summary\nTechnical Program Manager - UiPath\nKey Responsibilities\nThis is what you will do at UiPath: -\nCoordinate internal resources to deliver customer outcomes as sold\nEnsure all projects delivered within time, scope, quality, and cost constraints\nAssist in definition of project success criteria and objectives, involving relevant stakeholders and\nensuring technical feasibility and desired quality\nEnsure resource availability and allocation\nDevelop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress\nManage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques\nMeasure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques\nReport and escalate to management as needed\nSuccessfully manage the relationship with worldwide to improve PM efficiency\nFoster relationships with customers enabling future account sales\nWork collaboratively with the Professional Services Team, Customer Engagement team and assist is the proper expectation of resources and timing.\nInternalize every aspect of the customer experience as it relates to delivery excellence.\nAssist in the development and/or review of SOWs, MSAs, and other related documentation\nMaintain high levels of customer/partner engagement with a focus on CSAT and NPS.\nCoordinate feedback and insight from customer engagements to improve the product, delivery kits and overall customer experience.\nContinually work to identify, develop and share new uses for UiPath.\nIdentify best practice artifacts that can be packaged into delivery kits and shared with partners\nHelp drive customer references and case studies.\nSkill Requirements\nThis is what you will bring to our team: -\n3+ years of experience in project management & working for system integrators and/or global SI.\n7+ years relevant work experience in a customer-facing, partner facing, customer success, account management or strategic consulting organization.\nExcellent client-facing and internal communication skills.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.\nSuccessfully implemented at least three UiPath automation projects.\nHas exposure to coe setup.\nPMP / PRINCE II certification a plus.\nExperience using change management processes for dynamic professional services projects\nExternal customer-facing management experience a plus (including partners)\nStrong knowledge of the healthcare domain, with a solid understanding of industry processes.\nInternal customer relationship management experience (i.e. sales, pre-sales, advisory services) a\nPlus.\nExperience managing multiple workstream, Agile Project Management & professional services\nSOW's in parallel a plus.\nSelf-motivated, proactive team player with innovative ideas to inspire customer loyalty and\nAdoption.\nProven experience building strong internal and external relationships\nPrevious experience with working with Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Open Span is a
