testing, issue resolution, training support, and business user support under SLA-driven delivery.\nKey Responsibilities\nConduct requirement-gathering sessions with Finance and Treasury stakeholders to understand cash-management and bank-reconciliation processes. \nConfigure and validate bank-account usage across Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management. \nConfigure processing for external bank statements and ensure appropriate mapping of bank transaction codes. \nCoordinate configuration dependencies with Oracle Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger and develop functional specifications for bank integrations, reports, conversions, and required extensions.\nCollaborate with technical teams for OIC integrations, FBDI/ADFdi loads, BI Publisher/OTBI reporting, APIs, and extensions.\nWork with business users, Oracle Technical/OIC, reporting, data migration, testing, and onshore/offshore teams for cross-functional issue resolution.\nPrepare unit-test scripts and support CRP, SIT, UAT, regression testing, and defect resolution.\nParticipate in cutover planning, including configuration migration, opening balances, outstanding transactions, and reconciliation.\nProvide go-live and post-production/Hypercare support.\nPost-Go-Live Support: Handle incident management, enhancement requests, and ongoing functional support post-implementation.\nSkill Requirements\nBachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline.\nTypically 6-8+ years of Oracle Financials experience, with strong exposure to Cash Management.\nStrong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules such as Cash Management, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, and Intercompany setups\nExperience in at least 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementations.\nAbility to independently conduct client workshops and translate business requirements into Oracle configurations.\nOther Requirements\nPreferred Skills:\nStrong understanding of Cash Management and bank reconciliation\nExperience working in multi-bank, multi-currency, and multi-legal-entity environments. \nUnderstanding of Oracle Financials accounting and reconciliation principles \nStrong analytical, communication, and client-facing skills.\nOracle Cloud certification in Financials is a
