The ideal candidate should have proven expertise in Greenfield and Brownfield SAP/OpenText implementation projects and preferably possess experience in the Steel Manufacturing Industry.\nThe consultant will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating, and supporting OpenText solutions with SAP and other enterprise applications while ensuring compliance with business, security, and document management requirements.\nKey Responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and implement OpenText solutions across enterprise environments.\nParticipate in Greenfield implementation projects and Brownfield transformation/upgrade initiatives.\nConfigure and customize OpenText modules including:\nOpenText Extended ECM (xECM)\nOpenText Archive Center\nOpenText Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)\nOpenText Content Server\nOpenText Document Access for SAP Solutions\nDevelop integrations between OpenText and SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and third-party applications.\nConfigure document management, archiving, workflow, records management, and content lifecycle processes.\nDevelop and support OpenText APIs, Web Services, REST/SOAP integrations, and custom extensions.\nPerform migration activities from legacy document management systems to OpenText platforms.\nWork closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and architecture teams to gather and analyze requirements.\nTroubleshoot performance, security, and integration issues across OpenText landscapes.\nPrepare technical design documents, configuration guides, test scripts, and deployment documentation.\nSupport SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.\nEnsure adherence to enterprise governance, compliance, and document retention policies.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Engineering, or related discipline.\n5-7 years of OpenText technical consulting experience.\nMinimum 2 end-to-end Greenfield implementation projects.\nMinimum 1-2 Brownfield migration, upgrade, or transformation projects.\nStrong experience integrating OpenText solutions with SAP landscapes.\nExperience in technical design, development, testing, deployment, and support.\nUnderstanding of enterprise document management and records retention requirements.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in the Steel Manufacturing Industry.\nOpenText Certified Professional certification(s).\nSAP technical integration knowledge.\nExperience with cloud-based OpenText solutions.\nExposure to SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.\nKnowledge of compliance standards related to manufacturing
