software engineering experience (or 3+ years for mid-level candidates)\nProven experience operating production, cloud-native, customer-facing services in a high-throughput environment\nExperience with incident response and on-call operations in production systems\nTrack record of delivering features in an agile, fast-paced environment\nTechnical Skills\nCore Frontend\nStrong proficiency in TypeScript and modern JavaScript (ES2020+)\nDeep experience with React 18 or Preact (component design, hooks, state management)\nRedux Toolkit for state management\nExperience building and optimizing user-facing features with performance in mind\nFamiliarity with browser APIs, DOM manipulation, and front-end performance profiling\nCore Backend\nStrong Node.js experience (production-scale applications)\nTypeScript for backend services\nRESTful and/or gRPC API design and implementation\nDatabase experience with Firestore and/or similar NoSQL systems\n Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
