implements medium to large cross-divisional, multi-year projects utilizing Lululemon’s project management practices\nEnsures overall deliverables are completed, including project charter, plan, schedule, requirements, design, development, testing, implementation, policies and procedures, standards, contracts, risks, and issues resolutions\nPlans projects in detail, develops and manages project budgets, organizes project teams and works with resource managers to coordinate and align resource needs\nIdentifies, evaluates, and proactively manages cross-project interdependencies\nManages progress of efforts and communicates status to sponsors, stakeholders on a regular basis and to senior leadership as needed\nParticipates in strategic roadmap planning and may facilitate and provide materials for portfolio review meetings\nExcellent communication skills, able to flex style and work with all levels within the organization from individual contributors to robust production operations\nSkill Requirements\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nMinimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience delivering complex technology initiatives, including 10+ years in project or programmemanagement.\n\nDemonstrated experience delivering large, cross-functional programmesthrough the full software development lifecycle.\n\nHands-on experience in enterprise payments, retail payments, payment gateways, payment orchestration, merchant acquiringor related financial transaction platforms.\n\nExperience creating and executing implementation strategies for complex, highly integrated and business-critical systems.\n\nStrong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, DevOpsand Lean delivery practices, with the judgement to apply the right approach for the programmecontext.\n\nAbility to lead technical discussions involving APIs, event-driven integrations, distributed systems, cloud platforms, databasesand high-availability services.\n\nExperience estimating effort and impact, managing budgets and capacity, and influencing technical and business decisions.\n\nStrong relationship, organisationalchange, facilitation, negotiationand conflict-resolution skills.\n\nExcellent written, verbaland presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively from engineering teams to executive leadership.\n\nProven ability to manage competing priorities with urgency, disciplineand attention to detail.\n\nOther
