Job Summary
Experienced Teamcenter Techno-Functional Consultant responsible for bridging business requirements and Teamcenter technical solutions. Works closely with business users, engineering teams, and IT to design, configure, and support PLM processes. Expertise in Teamcenter modules, workflows, data modeling, integrations, and user support. Responsible for gathering requirements, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and production support. Strong understanding of product lifecycle management (PLM) processes and Teamcenter architecture.
Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into Teamcenter solutions.
- Configure Teamcenter data model, workflows, BMIDE, ACLs, and business processes.
- Coordinate with development teams for customizations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Support testing, deployment, training, and post-production activities.
- Provide functional and technical troubleshooting, user support, and process improvements.
Skill Requirements
Key Skills
- Teamcenter (BMIDE, Workflow Designer, Active Workspace, Organization, Access Manager).
- Functional knowledge of PLM processes, BOM management, Change Management (ECR/ECO/ECN), and Document Management.
- Teamcenter customization and integration concepts (ITK, SOA, REST APIs, T4S/T4EA preferred).
- Requirements gathering, business process mapping, UAT, and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
