rules)\nWork with integration teams to define functional requirements for SAP, MES, CAD (NX), and other system integrations\nParticipate in backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritization in Agile delivery model\nValidate delivered functionality through functional testing, UAT coordination, and sign-offs\nEnsure traceability of requirements from business needs to implemented solutions\nIdentify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in current PLM processes\nSupport data migration activities by defining mapping, validation, and business rules\nAssist in defining reporting, dashboards, and KPIs for engineering and operations teams\nPrepare training materials, user guides, and support business adoption of Teamcenter solutions\nCoordinate with support teams to ensure smooth transition to operations\nEnsure compliance with standards, governance processes, and change management practices\nProvide inputs for effort estimation, scope definition, and solution planning\nMust-Have Skills\nStrong experience as a Business Analyst in Teamcenter / PLM implementations\nDeep understanding of engineering processes (BOM, change management, product structure)\nExperience in writing user stories, BRDs/FDDs, and process documentation\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools (e.g., ADO/JIRA)\nStrong stakeholder management and
