strong focus on usability, accessibility, and design excellence.\nKey Responsibilities\nKey Responsibilities\nUser Research & Analysis\nParticipate in user research activities, stakeholder interviews, and discovery workshops.\nUnderstand customer needs, user behaviours, and business objectives.\nCreate user personas, empathy maps, and user scenarios.\nAnalyse existing processes and identify user experience improvement opportunities.\nUser Experience Design\nDevelop end-to-end user journeys, task flows, and interaction designs.\nCreate wireframes, user flows, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes.\nDesign intuitive interfaces that improve usability and user adoption.\nEnsure consistency across customer and operational user experiences.\nSalesforce Experience Design\nDesign user experiences within Salesforce Lightning Experience.\nDefine navigation patterns, page layouts, workflows, and interaction models.\nCollaborate with Salesforce Architects and Developers to ensure design feasibility and optimal user experience.\nSupport the design of customer onboarding, servicing, case management, and operational workflows.\nPrototyping & Validation\nBuild low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes using industry-standard design tools.\nConduct usability testing and gather user feedback.\nRefine designs based on testing outcomes and stakeholder recommendations.\nSupport User Acceptance Testing activities from a UX perspective.\nAccessibility & Design Quality\nEnsure designs comply with WCAG accessibility standards.\nApply user-centred and inclusive design principles.\nMaintain adherence to design standards and best practices.\nContribute to design system and component library adoption.\nCollaboration\nWork closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, and Testing teams.\nParticipate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, demos, and retrospectives.\nPresent design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.\nFacilitate journey mapping and design workshops where required.\nSkill Requirements\nRequired Skills & Experience\nEssential\n5+ years of experience as a UX Designer.\nStrong understanding of User-Centred Design (UCD) methodologies.\nExperience creating wireframes, prototypes, user journeys, and interaction designs.\nProficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Axure, or similar design tools.\nExperience designing enterprise applications or customer-facing digital platforms.\nStrong knowledge of usability principles and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).\nExperience working within Agile delivery environments.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.\nPreferred\nExperience with Salesforce Lightning Experience.\nExperience within Banking, Financial Services, Payments, or FinTech domains.\nUnderstanding of digital onboarding, customer servicing, and operational workflows.\nFamiliarity with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud.\nExposure to Design Systems and component-based design approaches.\nKey Deliverables\nUser personas and user journey maps.\nWireframes and screen designs.\nInteractive prototypes.\nUser flows and process maps.\nUsability testing findings and recommendations.\nAccessibility compliance assessments.\nDesign documentation and handover artefacts.\nOther
